The more time you spend figuring out what to write about, the less time you’ll have for actually writing!
Should students be allowed to have cell phones in elementary and high schools?
At least one time in our lives each of us had to start writing essays.
This could be a task in high school, GED, GRE, an essay included as part of a university application, or other assignments we’ve had to write during our long years of study.
Others believe that computer communication prevents us from developing interpersonal skills and limits our ability to have meaningful relationships with others. Use specific reasons and examples to support your position. Many people volunteer their time to help others, either through non-profit organizations, churches, or other charitable venues. Many schools offer students who are native speakers of another language the opportunity to take classes in their native tongue so that they can more easily assimilate and better understand the material.
Some people believe that this is good because it helps shy people communicate more openly with others.
But sometimes, students are given more freedom of choice and occasionally even allowed to write an essay on any subject that they want. Very often it becomes difficult to get started either because a student has too many ideas and doesn’t know which one to write about or, more often, because of their mind is completely blank.
But, sooner or later everyone has to make a decision and the sooner the better.
Should there be an ordinance citing people who fail to recycle ? Should there be an ordinance citing people who play music too loudly ? Should celebrities who break the law face stricter penalties? Should larger passengers have to pay for two plane or movie theater tickets? Should people have to get a license to become parents? Should there be tougher federal restrictions for content on the Internet? Should people be allowed to curse on daytime television? Should sexual education be taught in public schools? Should students be able to get free condoms at school? Should students who commit cyberbullying be suspended from school? Should corporations be allowed to advertise in schools? Most of these foods, however, do not have a GMO (genetically modified organism) label.
Do you believe the United States should institute a similar practice? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. According to some health organizations, many foods on our grocery store shelves are made with genetically modified ingredients.
